Lake Palace

Lake Palace is an apt place for romancing nature for it is a rare palace located in the middle of the lake Pichola. It is one of the the most fascinating palaces of Udaipur. Covering an area of 1.5 hectare, it was the creative idea of Maharana Jagat Singh who built it in 1743. Once the relaxing place for the royals ,it now serves as a royal accommodation for the tourists. It is a five star hotel providing world- class facilities to the tourists. It is not far from those fairy tales palaces which we treasured in our childhood. At night when the palace is lit brightly and waves of the Lake dance in the light falling from the moon, the heart is bound to set aflutter.
