Brahma temple (Brahma means creator) is a famous temple of the famous pilgrimage town, Pushkar. This is the only temple here dedicated to Lord Brahma. Built in 14th century it is located on support. Climb the marble steps leading to the support and take blessings of Lord Brahma. Delicately carved silver turtle sitting pretty in front of the sanctum - sanctorum awaiting your arrival. The marble floor on which it is seated is cemented with innumerable silver coins with their donor's names carved on them. Walls of the temple are braided with peacocks images as they are believed to be the vehicle of Goddess Saraswati, the consort of Lord Brahma.
